RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

Your purchase may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the receipt. All returns or exchanged products MUST be in “as-new, resaleable condition” in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying return freight to Wossner North America.

NOTE: All clearance or discontinued item sales are final, and not eligible for return.

REFUND POLICY

You may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with the receipt. All returns or exchanged products MUST be in “as-new, resaleable condition” in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying return freight to Wossner North America.

All return refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment method.

PROCESSING TIME

Returns, exchanges, and refunds may take up to 5 business days from the date of arrival at our facility. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, you will receive an email confirming we have issued an exchange or refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to post, depending on your original form of payment.

RETURNS FROM WOSSNER RESELLERS

Purchases made through Wossner Resellers must be returned to the original seller only, and subject to their return policies and requirements.

SHIPPING FEES

Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping and shipping costs unless noted otherwise by a customer service representative. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange or refund.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

IMPORTANT: It is recommended to apply insurance for the value of the item for all return shipments, and to use a trackable shipping service. Wossner North America is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

All packages require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number obtained from Wossner North America. All packages without an RMA Number will be refused
